Cirurgia Fetal

Resumo

Nesta revisão são estudadas algumas das principais cirurgias fetais, tais como, da espinha bífida, hidrotórax, hérnia diafragmática congênita (HDC) e obstrução do trato urinário baixo (LUTO). Após descrever as características das malformações, são apresentadas as técnicas cirúrgicas, indicações, contra indicações, resultados e complicações. A cirurgia fetal deve ser realizada em centro de referência, com todas as facilidades, por cirurgião experiente.

Abstract

In this review we study some of the main fetal surgeries such as spina bifida, hydrothorax, congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CHD) and lower urinary tract obstruction (LUTO). After describing the characteristics of the malformations, surgical techniques, indications, contraindications, results and complications are presented. Fetal surgery should be performed at a reference center, with all facilities, by experient surgeon.
